• The item was purchased directly from Trending Shopping (in-store or through our website: www.trendingshopping.com).

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

Items not eligible for return:

• Used, damaged, or altered items.

• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

• Products listed as non-returnable or final sale (such as hygiene products, personal-use items, etc.).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your Order ID, Product Name, and reason for return.

3. Our team will verify eligibility and guide you through the return process.

Once approved, you can send the product to our address or arrange pickup (where available).

3. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned product:

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during purchase.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred by the customer.

Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Wrong product delivered

• Defective or damaged items

If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

2. Attach clear images or videos showing the issue

3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery as per the above policy.
